Lucknow, Oct 24: The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court will hear today the petition of former UP Environment Secretary R K Sharma S C Bali challenging the validity of the FIR filed against them in the Taj Heritage Corridor (THC) case.
The bench of Justice Khemkaran and Justice G K Gupta posted the hearing for today while the hearing of the petition of former Environment Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui could not be taken up.
The petitioners, while praying to quash the FIR against them in the THC case had sought stay on their arrest in the meantime.
Incidentally, the CBI had filed FIR against eleven people including former UP Chief Minister Mayawati and former Principal Secretary to CM P L Punia in the THC case on October five.
