Allahabad High Court hearing in Mulayam case
Lucknow, Nov 03: The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court fixed November three for the next hearing in the case pertaining to the alleged misuse of Chief Minister`s discretionary fund in which Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav is the petitioner.

discretionary fund in which Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav is the petitioner.
The division bench comprising Justice Khem Karan and Justice G K Gupta further extended the interim stay on the arrest of Yadav in the case till today.
The counter afidavit was filed on behalf of the state by government counsel while the court has allowed two weeks time to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
The then Mayawati-led government had filed several cases against Yadav for allegedly misusing Chief Minister's discretionary fund during his earlier two tenures.
