New Delhi, Oct 30: A Delhi court today allowed the extradition of a fugitive Indian to United States who is wanted by the authorities there for the alleged murder of his niece.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) V K Maheshwari ordered the extradition of Kamlesh Babu Lal Aggarwal who is accused of murdering his niece Deepa Aggarwal at a Florida apartment on July 11, 1999 and then fleeing the country. The ministry of external affairs had filed an application for the extradition of the alleged 22-year-old fugitive after being satisfied on the material submitted by the US government through diplomatic channel seeking the extradition of the accused in the case. "There exists a prima facie evidence against the fugitive. Hence I hereby recommend government that the fugitive may be ordered to be extradited to US," the ACMM said. "The offence alleged to have been committed by fugitive criminal is an extraditable offence," the court said.

The documents received from us revealed that the accused eliminated his niece who was of the same age as he did not like her relations with her boyfriend.
