New Delhi, Oct 10: Former Vice Admiral P Datta was killed after a bus rammed into his car in South Delhi today, police said.

Datta was 81.
Datta's car was hit by a private passenger bus at around 7:30 am near India Habitat Centre in Lodhi Road, police said adding he was rushed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital where he was declared brought dead. The bus, after hitting Datta's Indica car, rammed into a boundary wall of a building owned by Rajmata of Jaipur Gayatri Devi.
