Itanagar, May 08: L Wanglat, MLA, who was a co-accused in a case under Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act-2002 (APCOCA) along with Rural Works Department Minister T Wangham and T L Rajkumar, MLA surrendered before the court of special judge (APCOCA) this afternoon. After a closed door hearing, the court released him on bail against a personal bond of Rs 40,000 as was done in the case of the two other accused. Wangham and Rajkumar were arrested on April 30 last and released on bail the same day. A chargesheet was framed against them by police for their alleged nexus with ultras of NSCN factions, police sources here said. All the three accused, however, have pleaded innocence through media and denied link with any underground outfits. Bureau Report
