Mumbai, June 03: Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company Ltd on Tuesday launched its new "Tata 207 DI", a pick up vehicle designed for both urban and rural use, in Mumbai. The Tata 207 DI, which complies with Bharat Stage II norms, is a final leg distribution vehicle that can be used over a large range of applications such as transportation of milk, vegetables, poultry and FMCG goods, Tata Engineering general manager sales and marketing of commercial vehicle business unit Shyam Mani told newspersons here on Tuesday.
The vehicle with Bharat Stage II was introduced in Delhi just 10 days back while the one with Bharat Stage I was launched in the country in August last, he said. Bureau Report
