Raipur, Dec 01: Naxalites today forcibly took away Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) in five polling booths in Bijapur assembly constituency in Naxal-infested Bastar district in Chhattisgarh. The incident occurred before the commencement of the polling, State Election Commission told a news agency here. Besides the EVMs, the Naxalites also took away some polling material, it said.
