New Delhi, July 09: Indian Oil Corp. has signed a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) to cross-sell their products and services. A news paper report said that the collaboration between the two companies is designed to leverage each other's infrastructure and size so as to deliver better products and service to their customers.
Under the terms of the agreement, IndianOil and BSNL would develop exclusive loyalty programmes to retain and expand their customer base. BSNL will also have the opportunity to utilise IndianOil's large network of petrol stations to sell their various products.

IndianOil will also exploit BSNL's capabilities for creating a truck-tracking system for its PowerPlus fleet card customers, the report said.
