New Delhi, Sept 17: A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) jawan, posted at the residence of high court Judge O P Dwivedi, allegedly shot at his colleagues here in the evening today, police said. The accused, constable Suresh Kumar, allegedly shot at constable Kartar San after an altercation over the duty hours resulting in scuffling between the two, they said.
