India international civil and defence equipment exhibition
New Delhi, Sept 03: Nearly 125 major armament companies from United States, South Africa, Israel, Russia, France and other nations would converge here from today to attend the 8th India international civil and defence equipment system exhibition.
New Delhi, Sept 03: Nearly 125 major armament companies from United States, South Africa, Israel, Russia, France and other nations would converge here from today to attend the 8th India international civil and defence equipment system exhibition.
"International delegates from 55 countries would
participate in the three-day defence exhibition in which three
seminars on aerospace, land forces and naval and maritime
systems would also be hosted", Naveen Kaul, the chief organiser of the exhibition, told newsmen here.
He said the defence show had also attracted participation from Kazakhistan, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Ukraine, Japan, Korea and India. India would be represented by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, ordnance factories board as well as stream of visitors from the three services beside the para military forces.
The BSF, for the first time, would be exhibiting its new range of tear smoke, agnivarsha multi-barrel tear gas launcher, non-lethal ammunitions and wide range of pyrotechnic devices for riot control.
