Punjab CM re-allocates portfolios of two MoS
Chandigarh, July 07: Announcing the re-allocation of portfolios of two ministers of state, Punjab chief minister Capt Amarinder Singh today gave Tript Rajinder Singh independent charge of forests, besides social security and development of women and children.

He would be attached to cabinet minister Joginder Singh Mann.
Ramesh Dutt Sharma was given independent charge of removal of grievances and matters relating to pensioners. Sharma would also be in charge of transport for which he would be attached to cabinet minister Tej Parkash Singh. For the department of cooperation, he would be attached to cabinet minister Lal Singh.

State governor O P Verma had approved the re-allocation of work amongst the ministers of state as proposed by the chief minister, a Raj Bhawan spokesman said here.
The Governor has also accepted the recommendation of the Chief Minister to drop minister of state Harbans Lal, who is alleged to be involved in a multi-crore tree-felling scandal in Ropar district.
