Kolkata, Sept 08: Railway Minister Nitish Kumar today hailed Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee's return to the Union Cabinet as a 'right decision' saying that it should have taken place much earlier in the interest of national democratic alliance. "It is better late than never," Kumar said. Talking to media persons at the foundation stone laying ceremony of domestic and international container terminal at Kolkata Port, the Railway Minister said Banerjee was to be inducted during the last, but "somehow it did not happen." "It is good that now she is in the Union Cabinet," Kumar said.
