RJD Chief Laloo Prasad Yadav, currently under judicial custody at the Kanke-based camp jail in connection with a fodder scam case, will be flown to Patna on Monday, Jharkhand home secretary Sushma Singh said. Yadav is being taken to Patna in a Bihar government plane as he has to be produced before a CBI court there in connection with a disproportionate assets case on December 6, the home secretary told reporters. The designated CBI court of H C Mishra had allowed Yadav to be taken to Patna on Saturday after hearing a petition of the superintendent of Kanke camp jail but had also directed the authorities to ensure production of the RJD chief in his court again on December 10 in connection with the fodder scam case RC47(A).
