Islamabad, Nov 18: New Zealand cricket team will start its short tour to Pakistan with the first one-day international of the five-match series in Lahore on November 29.

The Pakistan Cricket Board released the itinerary today after New Zealand cricket chief Martin Snedden said the tour would begin a week later despite a threat to the team's safety.
The Kiwis were originally scheduled to arrive in Pakistan Thursday, but it was thrown into jeopardy when an e-mail threatening the team was received by a New Zealand diplomatic post.
"The tour was rescheduled after New Zealand cricket expressed satisfaction following extensive discussions on security and safety issues with their Pakistan counterparts," said Samiul Hasan, spokesman of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
Lahore and Rawalpindi would host day-night matches while the only day game of the five-match series will be played at Faisalabad.
Following is the revised schedule:
Nov 29: First one-day international at Lahore
Dec 01: Second one-day international at Lahore
Dec 03: Third one-day international at Faisalabad
Dec 05: Fourth one-day international at Rawalpindi
Dec 07: Fifth one-day international at Rawalpindi.
