Patna, Feb 05: Accusing the Rabri Devi Government in Bihar of letting criminals unleash a reign of terror, the Lok Janshakti Party today asked the Centre to impose President's rule in the state. "Complete anarchy and chaos have gripped Bihar where the criminals have let loose a reign of terror while the police in nexus with criminals and ruling party leaders are killing innocent people," Party President Ramvilas Paswan said here. Talking to reporters at the Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport here, he attacked the NDA Government for not invoking article 356 of constitution in Bihar. Assailing the Centre for not imposing President's rule in Gujarat where, he alleged, the BJP was involved in communal riots which claimed several lives. Urging Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee to dismiss the Rabri Devi ministry without any further delay, Paswan said the Congress should also support such a move for freeing Bihar from the clutches of criminals.
