Mumbai, Nov 28: Dena Bank board has deferred adoption of the draft prospectus for a second public offering, pending receipt of certain statutory approvals.

adoption of the draft prospectus for a second public offering,
pending receipt of certain statutory approvals.
The bank board, which met yesterday, has deferred the
adoption of the draft prospectus for filing with Securities
and Exchange Board of India as certain statutory approvals
were pending, Dena Bank communicated to the stock exchange
here today.
However, the bank has not finalised the date for the next meeting to discuss the issue.
