Mian was produced before railway magistrate A R Patel at
around 6 am by investigation officer Noel Parmar, police told
a news agency adding he has been sent to police remand till October 28.
The accused Mian, alias Nikki Chaudhary, is a dismissed CRPF constable. He was nabbed from the house of his in-laws by a special operations group of the up police.
Uttar Pradesh police had claimed that Mian had revealed the names of 14 other co-accused involved in the torching of S-6 coach of Sabarmati Express on February 27 that killed 59 people, including women and children. The mayhem had subsequently led to large scale communal violence in Gujarat.
