Jammu, Aug 30: Five militants, including four belonging to Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) outfit, were killed in separate incidents in Jammu division since last evening, defence sources said here today.
They said three JeM ultras were killed by troops in an encounter in Rajouri district last evening. One of the ultras has been identified as Mohammad Yasin.
In another encounter, an let militant, identified as Abu Irshad of Lahore in Pakistan, was shot dead by security forces in Gundah area of Doda district during the period, the sources said.
Three AK type rifles with four magzines, 120 rounds, three hand greades, one pistol with some rounds and a radio set were recovered from the two encounter sites, they said.
Security forces also recovered the body of a JeM militant Mohammad Yasin, who had been killed in an encounter earlier, in Nagrota forest of Rajouri district yesterday, the sources said adding arms and ammunition were also recovered from the slain militant.

Security forces busted a militant hideout in general area of Rajouri district yesterday and recovered twenty six mortar bombs, 24 fuses, 22 remote control devices, 24 timers and 700 rounds of AK ammunition, the sources added.
