Mumbai, Feb 21: Maharashtra chief minister Sushil Kumar Shinde today began his two-day election campaign in the hill state of Himachal Pradesh for the forthcoming assembly polls there. Shinde, a former AICC general secretary and in-charge of Himachal Pradesh, would be holding a series of election meetings across the state, MPCC general secretary Sanjay Dutt who is touring with Shinde said.
He would unveil congress party's action plan for the development of the state in the meetings, Dutt said.

He would also be addressing party workers converging there.
