Jamshedpur, Oct 10 : Former Bihar health minister Mangal Singh Lamai died of heart attack at his residence in Turirata village in Tonto block of west Singhbhum district. According to the RJD party source Lama lost his nerves, even before he could be taken to the hospital. Lamai was elected thrice to the Bihar assembly from Jagannathpur assembly constituency and was health and family welfare minister in the Laloo Prasad Yadav cabinet from 1990-1995. Bureau Report
