Kolkata, June 10: Train services in the Eastern Railway's Sealdah (south) division remained disrupted for over two hours today after the branch of a tree fell on the overhead traction, causing failure of power supply and blocking the tracks. According to ER sources, the branch of a 'Neem' tree fell on the overhead fractions near a level crossing between brace bridge and Akra stations at about 4.50 am, which also blocked both up and down tracks.

Normal services resumed around 7.15 am after clearing of the tracks and repair of the overhead traction.
