New Delhi: It's a hard time for popular comedian Krushna Abhishek as his father Atmaprakash Sharma breathed his last on August 26, 2016.

According to a report in Pinkvilla.com,  Krushna's father who was also Govinda's brother-in-law, was battling the deadly disease of cancer for past many years and passed away on August 26 at his Mumbai residence at 10:40 am. 


The report quotes TV actress and Krushna's cousin Ragini Khanna as saying, "He was a very nice human being and was battling cancer for over six months. He was under constant care of doctors and family. We pray for strength from God in these tough times."


May god give strength to Krushna and his family.
