Additional District and Sessions Judge S K Awasthi passed the order on the application of former Uttar Pradesh minister Amar Mani Tripathi, facing charges in the murder case,
challenging the DNA report.
The court also directed to post the bail application of Tripathi for hearing on November 01. It, however, rejected Tripathi's prayers for summoning the DNA test expert in the court on the same day.
Earlier, the court had deferred the hearing till tomorrow. Tripathi, currently in judicial custody till November 03, was arrested by the CBI on September 23 last in connection with the murder of Madhumita Shukla.
