Out of 45 new norms, 30 norms relate to chemicals and
allied products, 14 norms to engineering products and one norm
relates to miscellaneous products.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade also notified
amendments/corrections/deletions in the standard input-output
norms for 77 existing export items, an official release said
here today.
"Fixation of standard input-output norms will facilitate issue of advance licences for the additional items to the exporters without any need for referring the same to the headquarter office of DGFT on repeat basis", the release said.
