Heat Retreat Ingredients:
3 cups watermelon chunks, deseeded
3 cups muskmelon chunks, deseeded
3 cups cantaloupe chunks, deseeded
1 tsp. Ginger finely chopped
1 tbsp. Soft brown sugar
1 cup thick cream
1 tbsp. White vinegar
1 tiny mild green chilled chopped finely
1 sprig mint leaves finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Pepper powdered
1/4 tsp. Salt Method:

Cook ginger and brown sugar with 2 tbsp. Water for 2-3 minutes.
Cool, keep aside till required.
Put all melon chunks in a large salad bow.
Pour sweetened ginger over melons, toss lightly, chill.
Beat together cream, vinegar, chilli, mint, salt and pepper.
Just before serving salad, pour cream mixture over it.
