Mysore, Nov 27: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Janardhan Poojary indicated that the state government would approach the Supreme Court if the Centre forced Karnataka for a CBI probe into the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam. Speaking to the reporters here last night, Poojary stoutly defended Karnataka government's decision in refusing to hand over the case to CBI and said CBI was "not a holy cow".
He alleged that CBI had failed to establish cases in Babri Masjid demolition episode and was acting more as a "BJP agent"
