Satyam Computer Services Ltd. has signed a three-year service contract with Computer Sciences Corp. of the U.S. to provide software consulting, a company statement said Thursday. It didn't reveal the likely revenue flow from this agreement.

Satyam will provide software consulting, design and development services in enterprise resource planning and electronic-business segments for CSC's global customers.
Satyam will set up development centers in Madras and Hyderabad to cater to Computer Sciences. Bureau Report
