Darbhanga, July 31: A top activist of banned Maoist Communist Centre (MCC), carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 on his head, has surrendered before the district administration, senior officials said.
Darbhanga, July 31: A top activist of banned Maoist Communist Centre (MCC), carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 on his head, has surrendered before the district administration, senior officials said.
MCC mithilanchal zonal commander Sadhuram Laldeo of Manorth village of Hayaghat police station area, accused in nine criminal cases, surrendered before District Magistrate (DM) Pradeep Kumar and Superintendent of Police (SP) Sunil Kumar here yesterday.
The DM and the SP announced that the reward money would be handed over to Sadhuram. He would receive Rs 3,000 per month and loan would be sanctioned to him under the rehabilitation programme.
