Mumbai, Nov 17: The leader of opposition in Maharashtra Legislative Council, Nitin Gadkari, today claimed that prime accused in the multi-crore stamp paper scam, Abdul Karim Telgi, had diverted money into a petrol and diesel racket. The racket was allegedly run by two businessmen, Antim Totla and Girish Chedda, who were closely associated with some senior ministers of the state, he added.

Gadkari told reporters he had demanded a CBI inquiry into the petrol-diesel racket as it had links with the stamp paper racket. Bureau Report
