Zayn Malik thanks fans for supporting him after quitting 1D

Washington: Zayn Malik has kept relatively low profile after leaving One Direction, but recently took toTwitter to thank his fans and supporters for being there with the singer.

The former Brit band vocalist tweeted his fans where he thanked them for being there and supporting him through his hard time in past few weeks, E! Online reported.

The 22-year-old singer continued and praised his loyal supporters saying that "you know who you are x" and explained that "The x is a kiss by the way ha it's not a mystery".

This was the first tweet by the singer after leaving the boy band as before this he tweeted the heartbreaking news that his journey with One Direction ended 4 weeks ago.
