New Delhi, Aug 19: Making a belligerent start at the second day of debate on no-confidence motion, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj outrightly rejected the charges made by Leader of Opposition Sonia Gandhi on government. She highlighted the achievements of Vajpayee-led NDA government saying its USP is its "stability". Highlights of Sushma Swaraj`s speech:
