Ahmedabad, Nov 16: Air Marshal A R Ghandhi will take over as the new air officer commanding-in-chief (AoC-in-C) of South Western Air Command (SWAC), at the Command Hq in Gandhinagar tomorrow. Air Marshal Ghandhi was previously the AoC-in-C, Western Air Command (WAC) at New Delhi and replaces Air Marshal S P Tyagi, who will take over as the new AoC-in-C, WAC from tomorrow, according to an air force release here today.
