Mohali, Oct 17: New Zealand were 536 for five at close on the second day of the second and final cricket Test against India at Mohali today.
Craig McMillan was batting on 58 while Robbie Hart was on 10.

Overnight batsman Scott Styris (119) became the third batsman to hit a century for the Kiwis in the innings.

His knock was studded with 11 boundaries and two sixes. Styris was finally caught leg before wicket off an Anil Kumble delivery soon after tea.

The post lunch session had brought some respite to the hosts with the fall of two Kiwi wickets.

Sachin Tendulkar got India the second wicket of the day, disturbing the stumps of skipper Stephen Flemming on 30 of 34 balls, in the post lunch session.

The other wicket to fall was of centurion Mark Richardson, bowled out six short of 150. Harbhajan Singh picked up the wicket with his spin partner Kumble taking a simple catch, to end the openers 472 ball vigil.
