Chennai.July 06: India’s Sachin Tendulkar, West Indian Brian Lara and Steve Waugh of Australia would kick-start the six-round series of the MRF-MAI Formula Mondiale Championship 2003 with a celebrity race at Danny’s go-karting track at Navalur, in the city outskirts, tomorrow. Early this morning, the three ace cricketers practised hard on Danny’s track. For Waugh and Lara, it was their first experience. But a diffident Tendulkar said: “As a child I always liked cars. I have keenly followed Formula 1 races. I have often gone karting on the tracks in Mumbai.”
