Dhaka, Feb 24: India beat West Indies by 96 runs to register its first win in the Under-19 World Cup super league stage in Dhaka today. With today's win, India is still on course for a place in the semifinals.

Batting first, India U-19 made 253 for nine in 50 overs. Suresh Raina top scored with 66 while A Rayudu made 47.
In reply, the West Indies were bowled out for 157. A Sharma picked up four wickets for 28 runs and Gaurav Dhiman took three wickets for 26 runs.

Raina was declared the man of the match for his knock of 66 runs and for taking two wickets.
India's last super league game is against Sri Lanka on Thursday. Bureau Report
