1/2 cup mawa
2 cups almonds (soaked in warm water & peeled)
3/4th cup milk
1 tbsp desi ghee

For sugar syrup:
1 and half a cup sugar
3/4 cup water

Procedure:
Use a mixer grinder to make a thick coarse paste of the soaked and peeled almonds. Take a pan and heat it in medium flame. Add milk, ghee and almond paste to it.

The milk must get completely dissolved in the almond paste. Cook until the rawness of the almond goes away. In another pan, make the sugar syrup. Once the sugar melts and gets dissolved in the water, take it off the flame.

In a pan, add mava and sugar syrup to almond paste. Keep stirring it until lumps are formed. Take it off flame and allow it to cool.

Make small laddoos and store in room temperature.
