Ingredients:
 
French beans--50gms
Cabbage--50gms
Carrots--50gms
Cashew nuts--15gms
Green chillies--5gms
Curry leaves--5gms
Dal channa--10gms
Frozen peas--50gms
Ghee--50gms
Ginger--5gms
Toned milk--200ml
Mustard seeds--5gms
Onion--100gms
Table salt--15gms
Suji--400gms
 
Preparation:
 
Step 1 – Heat suji for 2 – 3 min in a deep frying pan. Then keep it aside.
 
Step 2 – Wash the vegetables and cut them into small dices.
 
Step 3 – Heat ghee in a deep frying pan.
 
Step 4 – Add mustard seeds to the ghee.  Once these crackle, add cashew nuts, dal chana, chopped ginger, green chillies and onion. Sauté for about 3 min.
 
Step 5 – Now add diced vegetables, curry leaves and salt.
 
Step 6 – After 3mins, put the suji in and stir well
 
Step 7 – Take 800ml of boiled water and hot toned milk, pour it into the pan and mix well. Turn off the fire and leave it to cook for 3 minutes, covered with a lid.
 
Step 8 – Serve it in a dish and garnish with chopped coriander.
