3 boiled potatoes (mashed)


1 beetroot (grated)


1 tsp jeera powder


1 tsp dhaniya powder


½ tsp chaat masala powder


½ chilli powder


Salt to taste


1-2 tablespoon oil


Procedure:


Mix the mashed potato, grated beetroot and all the masalas. Add salt and blend it well.


Now heat a tava. Now take a small portion of the mixture, make a ball and flatten it between your pals. Repeat the procedure for the remaining potato mixture.


Put them on the tava. Add oil and shallow fry until both the sides turn crisp and golden brown.
