Indore, Nov 20: The Nationalist Congress Party would extend issue-based support to the party which is in the position to form government in the post-poll scenario in Madhya Pradesh, party president Sharad Pawar said here today.
"NCP would extend issue-based support to the party which
would be in a position to form the government in the state as
it believes in development-oriented politics," Pawar told
reporters here,
However, he did not identify the party with which it would have an alliance and described both the Congress and BJP as its “enemy number one”.
Pawar said his party, which is new to the state, has fielded 105 candidates in the state from constituencies where it has good chances.
On the issue of Judeo exposure, he said it would definitely affect the prospects of BJP at the hustings and had dented the image of the party.
