Faizabad, May 27: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav today said his government would soon take a decision on moving the Supreme Court against Allahabad High Court restoring recently dissolved districts in the state. "The government will take suitable action regarding moving the Supreme Court against that order or to issue a fresh notification, Yadav told reporters.
Asserting that the government had honoured the High Court's judgement, he said, "that was why I had not done anything in haste to issue a fresh notification on the subject". He pointed out that there was two week's time to implement the orders.
On his party's role in the formation of new government at the Centre, Yadav said, "We have extended our support from outside for the formation of non-BJP secular government, on the basis of certain principles".
"Now it was upto the Congress to chart its way to maintain relation with SP. But it was certain that without our support the new government may not be stable", he said.
