New Delhi, Aug 17: Lok Janshakti Party today said that it would support the no-confidence motion called by Congress-led opposition for "exposing" the NDA government at the Centre, which had "failed" in all respects.
"We will support the no-confidence motion at the floor (of Parliament)," LJP president Ram Vilas Paswan told reporters here to announce the resolution adopted by the party to observe October 14 as 'Dalit rights protection day'.
He said the whole exercise was to "expose the present government that failed in all respects, especially in regard to employment generation."
Terming Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's speech on Independence Day as "disappointing", he said Vajpayee's speech highlighted only the performance of one or two ministries, "which had plus-points".
