New Delhi, Mar 12: India today expressed outrage at the terrorist explosions in the Spanish capital, Madrid yesterday in which at least 186 people were killed, and said it was time for the world to reject such attacks against innocent people. ''It is time for us not only to feel angry but continue to feel angry over such acts. The world will not accept this terrorism against innocent people including children,'' External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha said while speaking at a meeting. Opening his address, strongly condemning the terrorist attacks in Madrid, Sinha emphatised with those killed in the explosions saying the ''Madrid explosions were bad enough and it was time for us not only to feel angry but continue to feel angry.” At least 186 people were killed and scores injured in simultaneous explosions that ripped through packed trains in Madrid yesterday.
