Madurai, Feb 15: A large quantity of explosives were seized from a jeep during routine checking at Pasumalai, near here, and one person arrested in this connection, police said today. The seizure, made last night, included 2500 kg of explosive, chemicals, 75 safety coils and 275 gelatine sticks, they said adding the driver of the jeep has been arrested. Bureau Report
