New Delhi, June 16: Securities and Exchange Board of India today said it was planning a tie up with commodities and futures trading commission of US within a month for sharing of information. "We are talking with CFTC. We are hopeful of finalising the agreement in a month's time," Sebi chairman G N Bajpai said after a meeting with new finance secretary D C Gupta here.

The market regulator already has tie-ups with securities exchange commission and regulators of Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Malaysia and is in talks with the Chinese regulator.
