Ahmedabad, Jan 12: A special Pota court today rejected the bail plea of 10 persons accused in the Godhra train carnage. Pota court judge Sonia Gokani, who had earlier heard the arguments forwarded by the advocate for the accused Nitya Ramakrishnan and prosecution, led by special public prosecutor H M Dhruv, today rejected the bail plea of Rahul Hathila, Ilyas Giteli and eight others.
