Jayasuriya, Kaluwitharana to open against England
Colombo, Nov 04: Former captain and hard-hitting batsman Sanath Jayasuriya is likely to open Sri Lanka`s innings along with fiery Romesh Kaluwitharana in the limited overs tournament against England starting later this month, the Cricket Board said today.

The English team, currently in Bangladesh, will arrive
here on November 13 to play three tests and three one-day
internationals.
There are no surprises in the Sri Lankan one-day team, as selectors opted to retain most of the experienced players.
The batting strength will come from Marvan Atapattu, Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara. The spin attack will be led by Muttiah Muralitharan and the fast ball vanguard will be workhorse Chaminda Vaas.
The first one-day match will be held on November 18.
