Mumbai, Oct 15: Scores of well wishers and members of the cabinet today greeted the Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister, Chhagan Bhujbal, who turned 55 today. Bhujbal's house was inundated with bouquets of fresh roses, orchids, lilies and flowers of varying hues and colours as well as birthday cards, wishing the Deputy Chief Minister good health, success and prosperity.
The Deputy Chief Minister also received birthday greetings from his party workers and NCP ministers and other colleagues. Fifty-five artificial limbs were distributed to handicapped persons on the occasion.
Free books for needy students and food for orphans were also distributed. The Deputy Chief Minister would be felicitated by his staff at Mantralay later in the day.
