District collector of Bikaner, Nirmal Wadhvani and two others were killed in a car accident in Ajmer district on Monday, police said. The accident occurred when their car collided with a tanker near Kishengarh, 80 km from Jaipur, they said adding Wadhvani was coming to Jaipur to attend the collectors conference at the secretariat on Monday. Wadhvani, his gunman and the driver died on the spot, police said.
