Bhubaneswar, June 12: Amidst reports that VHP would organise a trishul diksha programme in Orissa soon, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, an ally of BJP, today said his government would stop any such move. "We are a secular state and a secular government, we'll stop it," Patnaik told reporters here. State VHP president Bipin Bihari Ratho had reportedly said the organisation's international vice-president Acharya Giriraj Kishore planned to visit Orissa soon for the purpose. Bureau Report
