It’s a challenge working with two-and-half-year and four-year olds, but working with them made me realise they have as much ability to grasp as adults do. All they need is a little discipline,” says Sabharwal, who has written the play’s lyrics along with Dubey. The music is by Babush Joe Santana.
The play is all about animals, Mother Nature and humans – about how they are interdependent for survival. Because of the subject, the costumes appeal to every child,” says Sabharwal.
The duo has realised that to teach children one has to be very patient. “You have to be a mother to them first, only then can you become their director,” says Sabharwal.

It’s a pleasure to see kids working so hard for their annual show,” says Tara Singh. We wish them all the best.
